NORMAN “RACLETTE” BY CANDLELIGHT

The Normans will tell you that in Normandy it is always sunny and hot, but we must admit that as soon as the summer season falls asleep quietly until the following year, the rain settles in and that is when it is time to think about the best ways to warm up.

Why not a “raclette”… but Norman of course, to end your day on a high note!
This “raclette” will be made up of Norman cheeses (Camembert, Pont-L’Evêque and Livarot),
Norman charcuterie (andouille, French ham and saucisson) potatoes and lettuce.

The raclette will be accompanied for dessert by a fruit salad.Vegetarian option and without pork possible on request.
